Thrive Hosts helps owners with 1–10 short-term rentals hand off the daily work: guest messages, listing performance, pricing and calendar reviews, cleaner coordination and owner reporting across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and direct bookings.
Tell us about your listing. We will look at your calendar, guest journey and workload, then tell you honestly whether we are a fit.
No pressure. We never ask for your password. We use the platform’s official co-host access.
A guest messages late at night. A cleaner needs confirmation. A two-night gap stays unsold. None of it is serious alone. Together, it turns you into the guest-support agent, pricing assistant, cleaner coordinator and issue tracker.
Questions arrive at midnight and during your workday. Slow answers cost bookings, reviews and sleep.
The same rate on a sold-out weekend and a quiet Tuesday leaves real money on the table.
A minimum-stay rule nobody adjusted quietly blocks otherwise bookable nights.
Inconsistent instructions and last-minute confirmations before every single turnover.
A maintenance problem mentioned in a guest message is lost before the next arrival.
There is no simple monthly view of what changed, what was handled and what needs you.
We work alongside your existing cleaners, maintenance providers and local vendors, and across every platform you list on.
We review your title, description, first five photos, amenities, house rules and competitors, then rewrite and reorder everything around how guests actually decide.
A repeatable routine for weekday and weekend rates, seasons, minimum stays, short gaps and last-minute windows, inside limits you approve.
The full guest journey from first enquiry to post-stay follow-up. Templates where useful, a human reply when the guest needs one.
We keep your existing cleaner informed and aligned with every reservation so nothing is missed between check-out and check-in.
One organised record of guest complaints, maintenance concerns, cleaner reports and review trends, so problems stop disappearing inside WhatsApp.
A clear report showing what was handled, what changed and what needs your decision. You always know the state of your property.
You stay in the loop without being in the weeds. Here is what a normal week and a normal month look like.
Most remote co-hosts only answer messages. We manage the full path that decides whether a property is easy to book and easy to operate.
We improve the information, photo flow, expectations and presentation that help the right guests say yes with confidence.
We review pricing, availability, restrictions and short booking gaps instead of leaving your calendar on autopilot.
We organise communication, turnover coordination, escalation and reporting so the business never depends on the owner remembering everything.
We look at your listing, calendar, guest journey and workload, then tell you honestly whether we are a fit.
A structured audit of every property. You add us through the platform’s official co-host or team access, never by sharing your password.
We build the guest communication, listing improvements, pricing routines, cleaner workflow, issue tracking and owner reporting.
We run the agreed day-to-day work and send a monthly report. You approve the big decisions and stay in control.
We agree the setup items before any work begins. If we do not complete the agreed setup within 30 days, your management fee is paused until we do.
You keep ownership of your listings and accounts, and you keep the final say on important decisions.
We do not guarantee bookings, occupancy or revenue. Those depend on location, season, pricing, reviews and market demand. What we guarantee is that the operating system we sold you is built, tested and working.| Typical management company | Thrive Hosts | |

In one early project, a listing had approximately 70 views and no bookings. After we improved the listing presentation and operational setup, the property secured two bookings shortly afterwards and reached approximately 14 booked days in its first improved month.
This is one early project, not a promise. Results depend on your property, location, season and market. Our systems are developed with guidance from experienced short-term rental operators who have managed large property portfolios.
You own the property. We run the operating system behind it.
We support the whole guest and operational journey, not only the inbox: listing, pricing, turnovers, issues and reporting.
Owners keep their accounts, property decisions and financial visibility. We work inside the limits you set.
One property is easy to run informally. At three, five or ten, informal breaks down. We build the processes that grow with you.
Founding-client rates for our first partner owners. Final pricing depends on booking volume, platforms and operational complexity.
Start with the 30-day setup, then continue month to month.
The same operating system across a small portfolio.
Scoped after reviewing your listings, reservations and team.
Low-risk entry: the 30-Day STR Operations Setup is $250 for your first property and includes the full audit, system setup and first month of management. After 30 days you continue at the agreed rate or part ways, with no long-term commitment.
No. Demand depends on your property, location, season, pricing, reviews and competition. What we guarantee is that the agreed listing and operations setup is completed within 30 days. Our job is to remove avoidable booking barriers and keep the property consistently well managed.
You absolutely can. The question is whether guest communication, calendar reviews, cleaner follow-ups and recurring issues are the best use of your time. We do not replace your ownership or decisions. We take the repetitive operational work off your plate and put it into a system.
Yes, and that is ideal. We do not replace your cleaner. We coordinate reservation and turnover information, confirm the workflow and make sure any issue they report reaches the right person.
We handle guest communication, assess the issue, follow the agreed escalation process and contact your approved local cleaner, handyman or emergency provider. Physical attendance remains the responsibility of your local team. We agree that process before accepting a property.
We set response-time expectations in your agreement. Routine messages are handled during the agreed coverage hours and urgent issues follow the emergency process. We prefer a realistic service standard over promising instant replies at every minute of the day.
No. Where the platform supports it, you add us through the official co-host or team-access feature. You keep ownership of the account and can remove access at any time under the agreement.
We review pricing and recommend changes based on demand, availability and calendar gaps. You can approve a pricing framework with minimum and maximum limits, and we work within it. Major changes need your approval unless you authorise otherwise.
We receive reports, document issues, communicate with guests and coordinate your approved vendors. We do not perform physical repairs, and vendor costs remain the owner’s responsibility.
We are based in Pakistan and provide the service remotely. The physical side stays with your approved local team while we manage communication, coordination, systems and reporting.
We start with a defined 30-day setup. You will know what is being completed and receive updates throughout. After that, continuation follows the notice terms in our agreement, and your accounts and listing content remain yours.
Book a free 20-minute property review. We will look at your listing, calendar and workload, and explain exactly what we would handle in your first 30 days.
